ABOUT ME
I'd rather discover something unexpected than prove myself right.
I'm an Experience Designer specialising in UX research. I enjoy understanding why people behave the way they do, especially when their actions tell a different story from their words.
I plan and lead research from start to finish, from figuring out what we need to learn and moderating sessions to making sense of the findings and presenting them to clients. My favourite part is connecting seemingly unrelated observations and discovering something we hadn't considered before.
I started out in Life Sciences at NUS before making the switch to UX. My science background has shaped how I approach research today. I like questioning assumptions, looking for patterns and making sure my conclusions are grounded in what people actually say and do.
For me, good research isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking the right questions and being open to what people might teach us.
